These works explore how artwork can interact with light, temperature, and perspective. At the bottom of this gallery you will find animated images* that rotate through different environmental conditions to show each piece in stable state, warmed environment, and without light. They employ both liquid crystal paint, phosphorescent pigment, as well as fluorescent pigment, though the latter is not shown as it is difficult to capture in photographs.
